Service Description
Come check out Nova's indoor pool! This quick, 15-minute meeting can help you get a feel for our swim instructors and the pool. Feel free to ask our swim teachers questions, familiarize yourself with our swim program, and get to know us! If you are worried about elopement and your child's access to bodies of water and their risk of drowning, we can give you free handouts for best water safety practices at home. No commitments or purchases are necessary to make this appointment. Totally free to book this meeting! PLEASE NOTE: No swimming will occur during this meeting/tour. You may bring your child if you wish, but this meeting might be better with just the parent attending, especially if you think they might have a meltdown if they're not able to get in the water.
Cancellation Policy
To respect our instructors' time, please cancel or reschedule if you are unable to make your appointment. No-shows will likely not be given priority as a swim client.
